# Flows Manager (LE)

12 endpoints in 4.0.x. REST under `/flows/...`. Litmus Edge embeds a Node-RED-derived flow engine for low-code data routing and transformation.

## Capabilities

- List / create / update / delete flows
- Import / export flow definitions as JSON
- Start, stop, restart the flow engine
- Inspect installed flow nodes
