the alerts page lets you configure and monitor alert activity across your instance an alert consists of a trigger and an action a trigger monitors an event or metric and fires when defined conditions are met an action sends a notification, such as an email or webhook call, when a trigger fires each time a trigger fires, the system creates an incident that you can track and resolve the alerts page contains three tabs incidents a log of all triggered incidents across the instance filter, sort, and resolve incidents from this tab triggers configure the events and metrics that fire alerts and send notifications notification settings configure the actions that triggers use to send notifications
