You will now have to synchronize the secondary catalog to the primary catalog. 
To synchronize the secondary marketplace and primary marketplace catalog:
Navigate to the secondary catalog's Synchronization: Secondary Catalog pane, and click Sync.

Click Applications to verify the successful synchronization.

The secondary catalog in Japan now has the same applications, application releases, and registries as the primary catalog at headquarters.
