Support
You can view the details for the current version of Litmus Edge Manager from the Current Version section by expanding it. In this section you can view the following:
- The version, date, and time of installation.
- Components and build.
You can validate the operational status of the Litmus Edge Manager. Use this to diagnose the health of the Operating System, component status, and system service statuses.
From the Validation Log dialog box, click the Show full log toggle switch to see the full validation log.
The support bundles are primarily used for diagnostic purposes. They should be attached as part of a support ticket when contacting customer support. Support bundles are then reviewed by customer support.
The support bundle is a collection of all relevant log files, which are packed into a .zip file and can then be shared with Litmus to assist in troubleshooting.
Files in a support bundle are password protected.
