All Litmus Edge events can be classified as one of the five following components:

- cc - Integrations
- mp - Marketplace
- dh - Device Hub
- auth - Authentication
- dm - Device Management

Each of these five components contain a list of specific Litmus Edge events. These specific and classified events are Event IDs. When setting up a user alert trigger, you can choose from one of the five components above, then select an Event ID (a specific Litmus Edge event). Once selected, the user alert trigger will be customized to only trigger when the Event ID occurs.
