Important: For a seamless upgrade experience in upcoming releases, it's crucial to upgrade to version 2.16.4 before making any further upgrades. Skipping the initial upgrade to version 2.16.4 may disrupt the upgrade process, and is therefore not recommended.

Description
Edge Devices:
The Nginx limit for the activation endpoint of 10 rps (requests per second) is now removed, allowing for more Edge devices to be processed at one time. 
Admin Console Settings:
You can now set a static IP and gateway DHCP setting.

﻿Fixed issue with incidents being created for previously deleted devices.
Admin Console Settings:
﻿Fixed issue with the Marketplace Catalog not being available after upgrading from version 2.15.0 to 2.16.0.
Software Update Tasks:
Fixed issue with a failed status displaying when upgrading Edge device software (Litmus Edge) to 3.11.0 even though the upgrade was successful. This occurred if the upgrade lasted more than five minutes.
