In Litmus Edge, you will next enable the default generic MQTT SSL connector to facilitate a data connection between the Litmus Edge instance and its respective Litmus Edge Manager.&#x20;

**To enable the connector:&#x20;**

1. From the navigation panel, select **Integration**.
2. From the **Default Generic MQTT SSL connector&#x20;**&#x74;ile's top-right corner, click the connector toggle switch.
3. Wait a few seconds for the **Default Generic MQTT SSL connector&#x20;**&#x74;ile's top-left corner to show a `CONNECTED` status.
