Issues with Custom SSL Certificates

1min

When setting up a custom SSL certificate in the Domain/SSL settings in the Litmus Edge Manager Admin Console settings, it's important not to use a private key with a passphrase. If a user-defined SSL certificate uses a private key with a passphrase, it can cause Litmus Edge Manager to become unresponsive.

Solution

To resolve this, use a private key with no passphrase.

Note: The SSL certificates are normally cached in the browser and server sides. If you are going to make any changes to the certificates, you might need to wait or restart the server and/or refresh the browser.
