Manage Models
Notes:
- The Digital Twins feature is available for Litmus Edge version 3.3.1 and later.
- To access the Digital Twins feature, you need a Scale or Growth Litmus license.
After you create models, you can navigate to Digital Twins > Models to manage them.
Click the icons for Show devices grid or Show devices table to change how you view your models.
Use the search bar to search by model name.
From the Show devices grid view, you can use model tiles to access management options. Refer to the image and callouts below.
[1] Export: A <model name>.json file downloads to your hard drive.
[2] Clone: Update the cloned model name and description as required and click Update.
[3] Edit: Update the model parameters as required and click Update.
Important: For Litmus Edge version 3.5.6 and earlier, no changes are allowed to a model after creating an instance for the model. For Litmus Edge version 3.11.0 and later, you have the option to update models with instances and select which instances to update as well. If an instance is updated based on changes made to the model, then it will be automatically disabled. You will need to manually enable the instance after updating it.
[4] Delete: Remove the model.
You can click the Model tile (grid view) or Model name (table view) to view the model details. See the Step 2: Configure Model section from Create and Import Models for details on updating the parameters.
