Enhancements

DeviceHub: OPC UA Client Advanced supports an exclusion list for browsing: i=2253 [Server], i=86 [TypesFolder], and i=87 [ViewsFolder]. DeviceHub Tag payloads from the Modbus, OPC UA, and Siemens S7 drivers now include status, statusCode, and sourceTimestamp keys, when Publish Additional Attributes is enabled. The Fanuc CNC Ethernet driver adds a cnc_rdprgnum tag that returns the program numbers currently selected or running.
Digital Twins: A new AssetHierarchy static attribute type flags values that originate from Litmus Edge Manager (LEM). If the model was synced from LEM, the value is locked. If the model is local, the value stays editable. This keeps hierarchy data in sync with LEM. You can now use $EDGE_DT_INSTANCE_NAME to reference an instance's name in a static attribute value or a transformation. Previously, you could only reference the instance ID. On a Digital Twins instance, Asset Hierarchy attribute values now show as read-only when LEM is managing the instance's model. Other values on the same instance remain editable. The order of Asset Hierarchy metadata is now preserved when LEM syncs it. Litmus Edge accepts the metadata as an ordered array of objects, not just a single object.
Integration: The MQTT - Generic and MQTT - Generic over SSL connectors now include timeout settings tuned for high-latency environments. You can modify timeout directly in the interface. The AWS IoT Core connector has longer default timeouts, and a slow DNS response no longer fails the connection. You can now set the timeout in the interface for all MQTT Gen 1 connectors.

Resolved issues

DeviceHub: Fixed issue where nested event properties in OPC UA Client Advanced returned null values. Values from OPC UA server are now properly published in LE. Fixed string tag handling on the Mitsubishi FX3G Binary Ethernet driver where multiple tags configured at the same address with different string lengths all received the same value. Fixed an issue where upgrading the AB EthernetIP Ethernet driver from 3.16.11 to 4.0.14 replaced custom data file numbers with default values. Fixed issue where the Siemens S7CommPlus driver could not read tags without a password when connecting to a PLC configured for HMI access level. Fixed issue where the Torque Tool Open Protocol Ethernet driver rejected any value except 1 for each of its eight MID revision settings and incorrectly reported Maximum allowed value is 0. Fixed issue where a device using the ABB Robot Web Services driver connected and disconnected repeatedly.
DataHub: Fixed issue where Edge Cascading failed to apply configuration changes due to a NATS server restart failure. This occurred on Litmus Edge Docker containers running versions 4.0.12 and 4.0.13. Fixed issue where an invalid entry in the stats database could put the stats service into a restart loop and make the interface unresponsive.
Applications: Fixed issue where a Docker Compose release with an external network name override did not attach to the resolved network. Variable placeholders in external network names are now resolved at launch and in the delete protection list. Fixed issue where a static IP in a Docker Compose file was not applied to a service's primary network. Fixed issue where a network alias in a Compose file was ignored.
Integration: Fixed issue where an inbound local topic lost its prefix after a service restart following a name change. This occurred with Gen 1 connectors.
OPC UA: Fixed issue where the Litmus Edge OPC UA Server intermittently refused new connections while still reporting an OK status. The receive queue on port 4840 backed up and stale connections accumulated in CLOSE_WAIT. Restarting the server cleared the condition.
System: Fixed issue where automatic backups created by LEM failed to restore on the edge device. Fixed issue where static routes were lost when a network connection was manually disconnected or briefly interrupted. Fixed an issue where LE was not fully accessible via jump servers, SSH tunnels, or port forwarding on non-standard ports. Fixed WebSocket origin validation failing with port forwarding. Fixed an issue where Docker container security policies could silently fail to activate after a restart. This allowed containers to run without their configured restrictions. Fixed an issue where downloading edge-zerotouch and opensource-licenses in System > Support failed when accessing LE through the LEM remote tunnel.
