The **Applications** > **Volumes** pane lists all the volumes created and mounted by Docker containers. A volume is form of a persistent storage that is attached to by a Docker container’s application, as to store the application’s data.  A Docker container’s application that exists in multiple marketplace catalogs can share the same volume.  When a Docker container is stopped and removed, its volume is not removed automatically and must be removed manually.

# Remove Volumes

To remove a volume, navigate to **Applications ***> ***Volumes**, select the check box for the volume, and click the **Remove Selected** icon.
