depending on the region setting in windows, you may have issues uploading tags with a csv file because of the delimiter used if csv files are saved by using a semicolon as the delimiter instead of a comma, the tags won't be uploaded successfully refer to the table below error message steps to resolve header field deviceid not exists the csv file may use semicolons as the delimiter instead of commas in microsoft excel, navigate to file > options > advanced unselect the checkbox for use system separators in the decimal separator field, enter a period ( ) in the thousands separator field, enter a comma (,) learn more about advanced options from the microsoft documentation
