Enhancements and Improvements

Description
MQTT: Now you can view addtional parameter values in the new Protocol Limits and Server Capabilities sections on the Broker Info page. Changed Subscribed Topics tab to Incoming Topics in Client Details to align with MQTT terminology. The Accounts page is now located in the MQTT menu.
User Experience: Tables now displays a progress bar when loading data. Improvements made to the Accounts page.
EULA: The End User License Agreement (EULA) is updated and now available from the Admin menu.

Resolved Issues

Description
MQTT: Fixed issue where Last Seen timestamp did not update correctly. Fixed issue with dropped MQTT QoS1/2 messages during session takeover. Fixed incorrect session expiry. Fixed issue where values did not display in the Client remote address and Client protocol fields for the connected clients in the Clients page.
