the incidents tab provides a single view of all triggered incidents across every company, project, and edge device in the instance from this page you can monitor system wide operational health, investigate alert history, and resolve open incidents without switching between tenants access incidents in alerts > incidents note the incidents page is an admin console feature and shows incidents across all tenants for project level incident management, see alerts docid\ bwq6obkutnzgijbigqpbe for the litmus edge manager user ui each incident entry includes column description trigger the alert trigger that fired the incident scope the company, project, and edge device where the incident occurred incident message the message associated with the alert trigger started at the date and time the incident began resolved at the date and time the incident was resolved no value displays for open incidents status the current state of the incident new or closed action options menu to resolve the incident filter and sort incidents click the filter icon in any column header to narrow results, for example, by status (all, new, or closed) or a started at date range you can also sort any filterable column to reload the list, click the reload icon at the top right of the page resolve an incident to resolve an open incident, click resolve in the action column for that row the incident status changes to closed and the resolved at timestamp is populated
