The support bundles are primarily used for diagnostic purposes. They should be attached as part of a support ticket when contacting customer support. Support bundles are then reviewed by customer support.

The support bundle is a collection of all relevant log files, which are packed into a .zip file and can then be shared with Litmus to assist in troubleshooting.

The support bundle also includes a runtime snapshot that summarizes the Litmus Edge Manager instance, the edge device list, and Marketplace Catalog details. This provides a more complete view of the environment when you review a bundle for support or troubleshooting.

Files in a support bundle are password protected.
