The Clickhouse Settings pane in the Integration module provides you with all the tools needed to set up and manage the Clickhouse configuration.

The Clickhouse Settings pane includes the following sections:

  • Clickhouse Server: Displays a list of connection URLs for the Clickhouse ports. This section includes the supported URLs that can be used to connect to the Clickhouse database, allowing you to enable and manage how clients can connect and retrieve data. The URLs are comprised of the IP address of the Litmus Edge Manager and ports (these ports are default and cannot be changed.):
    • 8123 for HTTP
    • 8543 for HTTPS
    • 9000 for Native
    • 9004 for MYSQL
  • Users: Displays a list of users that can access Clickhouse. You can add a user name and password, change the user's password, and remove the user.
  • ACL: Displays a list of users that can access a project database for Clickhouse. You can add an ACL for a project with a specific user. The entries display the company and project name, the database name, and the user name. You can remove an ACL entry.
  • Explore: Allows you to open the Tabix web interface.

Access Clickhouse UI

To access the Clickhouse UI:

  1. Log in to the Litmus Edge Manager (LEM) Admin Console at the following URL: https://[LEM IP address]:8446.
  2. From the Navigation panel, select Integration. Integration's Kafka pane by default appears.
  3. From Integration's navigation sub-panel, select Clickhouse. Integration's Clickhouse pane appears.

[1] Change port status state

[2] Copy to clipboard server URL

[3] Action menu:

  • Edit: You can add or remove up to three IP addresses to a network port interface. The first two IP addresses are shown next to the network port interface as well as information about any additional IPs. Editing or removing an IP address for a port interface causes the current IP to disconnect.
  • Enable/Disable

[4] Show filter / Hide filter: Search by User Name

[5] Create User

[6] Action menu:

  • Change Password

[7] Show filter / Hide filter: Search by Topic (Company / Project), Database Name, or User Name

[8] Add ACL: Once an User Name has been associated with a Topic, it will automatically generate a new Database Name.

[9] Action menu:

  • Remove

[11] Copy projectId to clipboard

[12] Copy database name to clipboard
