The Kafka Settings sub-module under the Integration module provides you with all the tools needed to set up and manage the Kafka configuration.
The Kafka Settings sub-module includes the following sections:
- Kafka Server: Allows you to view and copy the bootstrap server link, view and copy the Kafka SSL connection URL, and download the Kafka certificate.
- Users: Allows you to add and remove a Kafka user and change the password for a Kafka user.
- ACL: Allows you to add and remove an access control list (ACL) for a Topic, and copy an ACL user name.
- Log in to the Litmus Edge Manager (LEM) Admin Console at the following URL: https://[LEM IP address]:8446.
- From the Navigation panel, select Integration. Integration's Kafka pane by default appears.

Tip:
- The URL for the Bootstrap server can be pasted to the Broker field of the Kafka consumer in Flows.
- Some consumers require a separate IP and port.
