Information on how to access the initial credentials will be provided to you via email after your order is completed. They are also available through the Litmus Edge documentation.
- Litmus will deploy one Virtual Machine via Microsoft Azure.
- The customer will be provided with the URL to access that VM.
- By default, the IP used to purchase the Subscription is allowed to access the VM.
- Further IP addresses can be added later by the customer.
The hosted trial does run on Microsoft Azure-hosted VMs.
Customer accounts can only deploy 1 Free hosted trial.
The hosted VM will run for the duration of the hosted trial which is 14 Days.
It is currently not possible to extend the duration of the sandbox.
Under your account you will find the Hosted Sandboxes tab. Which gives you the URL and which IP address are permitted to access it.

Customers need to provide their public IP, which is assigned to the customer by their ISP. NOT the IP set for their laptops network card.
You can find your public IP using webpages such as https://whatismyipaddress.com.
As we value our customers privacy, customers can Opt-In to receive Emails regarding their Orders and Subscriptions by checking on checkout the checkbox.
I want to receive Mail notification about my Orders and Subscriptions as well as Informational material.
After upgrading to version 3.16.1, the default admin user may lose access to the Cloud Storage page due to missing permissions. This issue affects instances originally installed on versions lower than 3.11.x.
To resolve it, go to System → Access Control → Users, and either update non-default roles to enable Cloud Storage permissions or create new roles with the required permissions.
