The Litmus Central Portal has several resources for getting support.

To request support:

  1. In a browser window, visit https://central.litmus.io.
  2. From the homepage, click Sign in. If you haven't created an account yet, see Sign Up for the Litmus Central Portal.

  3. Log in with your username (the email you used to create your account) and password.
  4. Select from one of the following resources for support.

Litmus Customer Success Support

Open the chat window and submit your request/question to the Customer Success team.
