Map Site Point

You can map site points within a Site's Show Site Points page.

Before You Begin

The selected edge device to be mapped to a Site must be online.

Map Site Point

To map an Edge Device as a site point:

  1. From a Site's Show Site Points page, click the Add new Point icon. The Device dialog box appears.

  2. From the Device dialog box, click on one of the Edge Device ID to select a device to map. The Edge Device mapping point appears on the Site image. It is initially blue. A new row with the selected Edge Device ID will be added in the table below.

  3. Notice the Edge Device mapping point.

  4. From the Site image, click and drag the blue mapping point on the site map image where the device is actually meant to be physically located. Once moved, the mapping point turns green.

  5. Click Save. The Edge Device is mapped at the point selected.
