Litmus Production Record Internal Event Configurator

Litmus Production Record Database allows for two ways of monitoring production event triggers and recording the respective production record data.

If triggers require the monitoring of more than one tag and/or the trigger is also used for additional task not related to Litmus Production Record Database, the event monitoring has to be done outside of Litmus Production Record Database such as Litmus Flows using the Litmus Solution Litmus Production Record Event Processing Flow.

An example for this is described by the use case:

If an event can be triggered by a single tag, then event monitoring can be done inside Litmus Production Record Database itself. Where raw process data for tags are send to Litmus Production Record Database and used both for trigger monitoring as well as providing the data for the production event record.

To be able to work, it is required that both the data model for which events are to be monitored as well as the tags which are to be used have both been created in Litmus Production Record Database. It is recommended to do define them first, as the configurator will be able to retrieve them to assist with the configuration.
