Troubleshooting

The Configurator will display a a prompt if an error is thrown by the application.

Example for an error prompt when executing a backend SQL command.

The solution also will write a log file in the same folder as the file Litmus_Production_Record_Internal_Event_Configurator_V1.0.0.xlsm is located.

This error log file has to always be shared with Litmus if requesting support through the support portal.
